Our Story
Tripworks is a Guest Experience Application with the aim of helping vacation rental managers and hoteliers offer amazing guest services to their guests.
Tripworks started in 2019, when Stelios, the Co-Founder of Tripworks(a HERA Awarded PMS system for Vacation Rentals and Hotels), discovered a gap in the market of Guest Experience Applications. Most applications were either outdated, too expensive or too difficult to use.
Today, Tripworks not only connects vacation rentals and hotels with their guests but also acts as a local guide for them. It allows guests to experience the destination like a local by providing them with useful information and recommendations.
